A strong culture is not a team concept- it’s the leader’s job. Here are 3 helpful tips on how to create a strong culture: 1) Have daily all-team meetings. These meetings provide clarity within the different sectors of your organization and helps everyone stay aligned. 2) Celebrate the wins. There is no such thing as a small win. Your team members should be excited to share their wins and also share the glory of department and organizational wins. 3) Have a clear mission. When team members are aware of a clear mission within your organization, they will strive to work towards the end goal and take pride in the outcome. Drop a 🤍 if you have a kicka** company culture

We’re almost at the final month of 2022. This is the time for all business owners to dial in, show up for their business, and make it happen. No goal should be ignored and no target should go unachieved. Here are 3 things I do to keep myself motivated and going as leader: 1. Always keep the big picture in mind. Whenever I feel unmotivated, I remind myself of where I want to be and what my targets mean to me. 2. Rest for mental clarity. No good leader should be running on fumes. I make sure to get the rest I need to be a top performer everyday. 3. Surround myself with others who are just as motivated to achieving targets. No one can do it alone, the key is to be around others who are just as hungry as you are. Drop a 🤍 if you’ll be closing out 2022 giving it your absolute all for your team.

Another Family dinner at one of our favorite restaurants in Scottsdale @francinerestaurant We were talking about all of the meals and memories we’ve shared at this restaurant over the years so I figured I’d share a few. Believing in yourself and your potential. As your biggest supporter you have the responsibility to fuel your goals and turn them into a reality. Here are three ways I hold myself accountable: 1. I wake up and workout every single morning. This helps with my discipline, with feelings better, and overall health and wellness. 2. My vision board phone screen. On my Lock Screen I have a vision board that I see every time I look at it that includes big goals and inspirations I have. This serves as a constant reminder of where and what I want to do. 3. I pick clear, measurable targets. Targets help me measure my success. Drop a 🤍 if you’re starting this week off with a high belief lid.
