Reaching my goals makes me happy.

Ever since I can remember I’ve dreamed about how my life would be if I would reach every single one of my goals. People all the time ask me why I work so much? Why don’t I just relax and take a day off?

The answer is simple, success makes me happy, helping others be successful makes me happy, and I will forever be unapologetically comfortable with this mindset.

Here’s a reminder to not let anyone tell you to not chase your goals or work hard towards something. If the people around you aren’t supporting you and don’t want to see you reach your highest potential, you’re hanging around the wrong people.

What a remarkable weekend spent at our 10X Business Bootcamp in Phoenix, Arizona.

We spent 3 full days in a packed room of business owners dedicating their time to becoming better leaders and running more successful businesses.

I admire each and every person willing to invest their time in 10Xing their businesses with the intention of creating a legacy.

Here’s a reminder that if your aspiring to make a difference and conquer all of your goals, you need to be willing to put fourth all of your energy into making this happen. Always be open to learning and always spend your time in a productive manner. You’ll see how quickly you’ll get results.

Confidence is a woman’s best accessory.

Believe it or not confidence is a superpower any person has the ability to develop. If you’re working towards developing yourself every single day, all the success you earn will bring you confidence.

Here are three ways that helped me develop my internal confidence:

1) I constantly practiced what i wasn’t good at. If I don’t feel comfortable doing something, odds are it just means I’m not good at it! So I am particular about training myself to become good at that skill.

2) I own my mistakes and correct them. We’re all human. We’re all going to make mistakes, the trick is not being afraid of making them and instead using all mistakes as learning lessons on how to not repeat them.

3) I speak my goals and targets into the universe. I make it public knowledge what I want to accomplish and this helps me not only hold myself accountable but helps others see how powerful it is to be proud of where I want to go and what impact I want to make.

So here’s your reminder to constantly work on your confidence and work on becoming the person you really want to be.
